Customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order and provide their order ID along with the reason for the return or exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide clear pictures or videos of the product to help us verify the issue.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Ittehad Online may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

For verified defective or incorrect items caused by an error on the part of Ittehad Online, the applicable return shipping charges will be borne by Ittehad Online.

Exchange Policy

Customers who wish to exchange an eligible product must return the product along with the original invoice/order details.

The product must meet all return and exchange conditions mentioned in this policy.

The customer will be responsible for the applicable delivery/shipping charges for the exchanged item unless the exchange is due to a verified mistake or defect on the part of Ittehad Online.

Stitched Articles

Stitched articles are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Any product that has been stitched, altered, customized, or modified according to the customer's requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are advised to carefully check all measurements, sizes, and customization details before placing an order for stitched articles.

Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional offer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is received defective or an incorrect product is sent by Ittehad Online.

International Orders

This return and exchange policy applies to local/Pakistan orders only.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other government fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be borne by Ittehad Online.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed according to the payment method and applicable processing procedures.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by Ittehad Online.

5. Final Sale: Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
